Clear Aligners in Bellevue, WA

A smile is such a basic form of communication that we often forget the impact it has on us and others. When you feel confident about the way yours looks, you don’t think twice about sharing it with others. If you feel self-conscious about cosmetic flaws, however, you may hide your smile around others or, worse yet, not smile at all.

At Kemahli Dental, we offer Clear Correct braces so adults like you can feel great about your appearance again. We’ll help you achieve a straighter, more balanced smile with Clear Correct clear braces and without the need for metal braces.

More Than a Straight Smile!

Straightening your teeth has oral health benefits too. Perfectly aligned teeth are easier to brush and floss and minimize your risk of cavities and gum disease. When your teeth are crooked, it’s also common to experience problems like teeth grinding, dental wear, jaw pain, and even TMJ problems.

Why Our Patients Choose Clear Correct

Adults who thought the time for straightening teeth had passed them by are delighted to learn that Clear Correct treatment is designed specifically for adults and older teens.

Discreet Appearance

Many adults forgo traditional orthodontic treatment because metal brackets and wires are noticeable and tell the world you’re straightening your teeth.

Your clear aligners are made of a crystal-clear plastic material called SmartTrack that blend into your smile, making them virtually invisible when worn.

Comfortable Treatment

Metal brackets and wires attached to your teeth have rough edges and can cause sores and irritation inside your mouth.

Clear aligners use a smooth plastic material, and with no rough metal edges to poke into your cheeks or lips, you may forget that you’re wearing them.

Convenient Treatment for Adults

Metal braces are not just noticeable; they also make it difficult to brush and floss your teeth adequately, which puts you at increased risk for cavities and gum disease.

Since clear aligners are removable, you can continue to brush and floss as you usually do, and there are no restrictions on the types of foods you can eat. Just be sure to brush your teeth before placing your aligners back in your mouth.

If you play sports, removable aligners allow you to wear a mouthguard to protect your teeth from damage.

Who Should Get Clear Correct?

If you have crooked or crowded teeth or uneven gaps and spacing, you are a good candidate for clear aligner treatment. Clear Correct is much more than a cosmetic treatment, however, and Dr. Kemahli also recommends it to correct bite problems like overbites, underbites, and crossbites.

What Does the Clear Correct Process Like?

First, you’ll meet with Dr. Kemahli so he can perform a thorough examination that includes taking photos and digital x-rays of your teeth. He then uses software to create a treatment plan that we’ll follow to move your teeth into the desired position.

When we receive your customized aligners, we’ll have you visit our office to pick up your first sets of aligners. Dr. Kemahli will instruct you to wear each set for two to three weeks, then switch to the next set for two weeks.

The process continues in this way until your teeth are in perfect alignment. Now, your only job is to smile confidently and wear your retainer as instructed.
